Betaseed is one of the world's leading sugar beet seed companies – and we're in growth mode. We're looking for a talented, ambitious Sales Manager in the region of Nordzucker with focus on the area of the sugar factories of Clauen, Klein Wanzleben, Nordstemmen and Schladen to become a part of our team of sugarbeet experts.

• Increase BTS sales (indirect & direct) and brand awareness
• Establish and cultivate a good relationship to all relevant stakeholders
• Provide proficient technical advice to costumers
• Cooperate, support and exchange with regional collaboration partners (e.g. Agromais sales team)
• Identify new opportunities and bring innovative ideas to the market

• University degree (MSc or equivalent) in Agricultural Science or equivalent
• Experience in sales & advisory and professional knowledge of sugarbeet business & sugarbeet production
• Initiative, self-driven, hands-on mentality, honest & reliable
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
